This website

The Bright Plain Systems website is informational. We do not require an account to browse it, and we do not run a contact form that stores submissions. If you email us, we receive the address and message you send so we can reply.

Our hosting provider may record standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and the time of the request. We use this information to operate, secure, and diagnose the site.

Apps we publish

Lessons Invoicing and any future apps may collect information needed to provide the product. Depending on the app, this can include:

• Name, email address, and instructor or business details you enter
• Student, client, lesson, and invoice records you create
• Purchase and subscription status from Apple
• Diagnostics, crash reports, and product analytics

Lesson and invoice data is created by you in the app. We use it to provide invoicing, sending, export, and related features you request. We do not sell personal information.

Third-party services

We use trusted processors to operate our products. These may include Apple (App Store, In-App Purchases, and related services), hosting and email providers, crash reporting, and analytics. They receive only the information needed to perform their work for us, and they are not permitted to use it for other purposes.

Data retention

We keep support emails for as long as needed to resolve your request and maintain business records. App data is retained while your account or local app data exists, and for a limited period afterward as required for backups, security, or legal obligations.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold by emailing support@brightplainsystems.com. You can also stop using an app and delete it from your device. If a request relates to data stored only on your device, we will explain how to remove it in the app.

Children

Our website and apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

International users

We are based in Moldova. If you use our website or apps from another country, your information may be processed in Moldova or in the countries where our service providers operate.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
